I didn\'t hear from them either but I tryed it today and it seems to be working. You have to reload then delete the blank ones or delete the event and start fresh.

Hi everyone:

Apologies for the delayed reply. I\'m forwarding this to one of our Project Managers to look into. I don\'t have an answer at this very moment, but I\'ve lit a fire internally to work to find out what the issue is.

Can everyone let me know what size images you are uploading and what format they are in, JPG, TIFF or PNG?
