No response from emails regarding my first order-- 1 Year, 11 Months ago

Placed a test order #DIG-151139 on 2/18/10. Received email confirmation of order. on 2/19 I sent an email to requesting anticipated ship or receive date as this is my first order. Sent another email to that address today having received no response. Is it normal to feel so ignored by Digibug? My last 2 print fulfillment options have horribly failed me--but I\'m thinking I need to keep looking. I sure would hate to rely on a company that cannot be relied upon.

I’m so very sorry that your last message had gone unanswered! We do have a staff of customer service representatives and I apologize they were unable to respond to your email sooner.
We did respond to your first email (please see the correspondence in our reply to your direct email address). I checked with my supervisor and he has informed me that we had a temporary glitch in the system causing the status of your order to read \'Ready for Process\' that has since been fixed. I have asked him to resubmit your order today so it may be processed and shipped shortly.

YOU may have seen a response -- but I never received it. I\'ve been waiting to find out when product would be here to schedule a meeting with a dance instructor. I was very much hoping to sell product on my website and not have to be available in person to do that. I want to cancel that order and receive a refund. Looking at my site I don\'t see how to do that. If my first order is this complicated I\'ll find another solution to selling product.
