| In order to establish your account, to share your pictures or to place an order we need some personal information from you such as name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information. We might ask you for additional information if you choose to request a newsletter, fill out a survey or other related information. If you use our sharing capabilities we collect the necessary information in order to do that including email addresses, names and shipping information. |

The people you share pictures with could forward the email invitation to others, who will then be able to click on the link within the email, and see the pictures too. |

| Digibug Express employees or employees of partner companies that provide services to Digibug Express may see your pictures while they are processed. In addition, your pictures or personal account information may be seen by Digibug Express employees in order to evaluate, validate, or correct problems with your account or your order. |
